Senior Service Manager

1 Resource Group is seeking a Senior Service Manager to join our client's team in the site service, equipment rental and equipment service industry in Harrison, Ohio. This pivotal role will oversee service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through the effective management of service delivery and personnel. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in service management, capable of leading teams and implementing operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department, driving performance and ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Develop and implement effective service strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and mentor service staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any service-related concerns promptly.
• Monitor service metrics and generate reports for management review.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Continuously assess and improve service processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical systems and schematics, pneumatics, drivetrains, and diesel/gasoline engines.
