Cleanroom Technician

1 Resource Group is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to join our dynamic team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you will ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and standards while supporting the production of high-quality semiconductor products. Your dedication to maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor cleanliness standards within the cleanroom environment.
• Semi-Conductor experience 
• Perform routine cleaning and decontamination of cleanroom surfaces and equipment.
• Assist in the setup of cleanroom operations, including equipment installation and validation.
• Document and track cleanroom activities, such as maintenance, cleaning schedules, and compliance audits.
• Participate in safety training and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Support production staff in adhering to cleanroom regulations and protocols.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding cleanroom conditions to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
