Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of service personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
- Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing support and recognition.
- Plan and organize daily schedules and activities for service personnel, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Assign and oversee repair work within the shop, ensuring high-quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain and optimize facilities and equipment for the efficient operation of all services.
- Manage inventory levels effectively, maintaining accurate records of requisitions, receipts, and job allocations.
- Serve as a key consultant to customers, providing them with expert guidance on service work.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance company image and maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive improvements in service center performance, contributing to overall company profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service management within the machinery or power equipment sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physcial and drugscreen
- Must have a good driving record and background to be considered

Qualifications
- Experience with Managing Power Generator Service preferred Thorough knowledge of products. Mechanical skills must be top notch. Previous experience supervising employees. Computer knowledge. Work experience with material handling equipment may be substituted for educational requirements. However, a degree would be a plus.
