As a Customer Service - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.
Process customer orders and coordinate the shipment of parts
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and availability
Provide product information and technical support to customers
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Must be ok with spending large amount of time in truck delivering parts to customer sites and invoicing while onsite.
Responsibility
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a parts or technical support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of parts and inventory management is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required, additional technical certifications or education is a plus
Must have clean driving record and be able to pass drug screen.
