1 Resource Group is currently seeking an experienced Hydraulics Mechanic that will be servicing motion and control hydraulics equipment, including hydraulic power units, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic generators. The successful candidate must have the skills and experience necessary to serve as shop lead and guide less experienced shop technicians.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist and guide shop mechanics on rebuilding hydraulic pumps, winches, motors, valves,
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Comply and enforce all safety practices
- Lead morning safety meetings
- Order parts and shop supplies
- Identify components and seals
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics
- Operate forklift
Requirements
Educations , Skills and Requirements
- Highly experienced in the operation and repair of hydraulic equipment.
- Ability to train others on hydraulic equipment repair and serve as shop foreman
- Ability to operate a forklift
