Duties:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the various services offered by the company across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, including customer-related databases.
- Serve as the main point of contact to address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order requests promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure their inquiries, complaints, and orders are handled thoroughly, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Inform both current and potential customers about the full range of services provided by the company.
- Create and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer profile records for all residential and commercial interactions.
- Analyze daily CSR activity reports and spreadsheets to identify potential errors in customer accounts and billing, ensuring corrections are made before any impact on the customer.
- Consistently meet daily accuracy targets while managing a high volume of 60-120 inbound calls, along with handling multiple tasks each day.
- Assist walk-in customers at the front counter, process payments, and address service requests following CSC standards, including handling all daily A/R spreadsheets and documentation.
- Maintain a knowledgeable, positive, and professional demeanor that inspires customer confidence and reflects the company's desired image.
Qualifications
