ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to, the following:
- Possess fundamental knowledge regarding all dimensions of residential, commercial, and industrial company services provided. Acquire knowledge of customer related databases.
- Be primary contact to respond and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Perform follow-up calls regarding customer inquiries, complaints, and orders to assure follow through, completion, and satisfaction.
- Educate current and prospective customers about all company services provided.
- Set-up and maintain accurate and timely customer profile records for all residential and commercial customer interactions.
- Review daily CSR work in accounts via reports and spreadsheets for trackable data ensuring corrections are made prior to any errors affecting the customer billing or account.
- Meet daily accuracy goals, handling a high inbound volume of 60-120 calls per day, on a consistent basis and multiple daily tasks.
- Provide service to front counter walk-in customers as needed; process payments and all service requests within the CSC standards; process all daily A/R spreadsheets and paperwork.
- Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive behavior that encourages customer confidence and reflects the professional image desired by NRWS.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts receivable
- Dispatching
- Cover Weigh Station traffic
- Route Audits
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to be flexible with rotating duties and shifts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer knowledge, excel, word and ten key required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, telephone and follow-up skills
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with excellent judgment and problem resolution skills and ability.
- Ability to turn an irate customer into a happy one.
- Excellent verbal communications skills.
- Minimum of one year Call Center office experience required.
- Bilingual skills helpful Successfully pass drug test
WORK EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma
- One year experience in related field
ABILITY TO:
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Has a good attendance history and reports to work on time every day.
